1. Who we are

This store is operated by Palazzo Nove, a sole proprietorship of Andri von Känel, Scheibenstrasse 19, 3600 Thun, Switzerland (hello@palazzonove.com). The store runs on Shopify.

2. What we sell

We sell digital wallpapers for phones and computers as downloadable files. Each product page describes the collection, its formats and its resolutions. Nothing is shipped.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the product pages and charged once at checkout. There is no subscription. Payment is processed by Shopify and its payment partners; we do not see or store your card details.

4. Delivery

Right after payment, your download link appears on the order confirmation page and is sent to the email address you provide.

5. Licence

Every purchase includes a personal, non-transferable licence to use the wallpapers on your own devices. The full terms are in our licence. All rights in the works remain with Palazzo Nove.

6. Withdrawal and 14-day guarantee

Because digital content is delivered immediately, the statutory right of withdrawal ends once your download has started, where the law allows this. On top of that, we offer a voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee: if you are not happy, write to us within 14 days of your order and we refund you in full. Details are in our refund policy.

7. Liability

We take care to deliver complete, working files. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
