How do I get my wallpapers?

Right after checkout you see a download link on the order page, and you receive it by email. You get one ZIP file with folders for phone and desktop and a short setup guide. Nothing is shipped.

Which devices do they fit?

The phone versions (1440 × 3120) fit current iPhone and Android phones. The desktop versions come in 5K (5120 × 2880) and 4K (3840 × 2160) and fit any 16:9 screen, from laptops to large monitors. On ultrawide or 4:3 screens (like iPad) the image is cropped slightly at the edges.

With or without the quote?

QUIET motifs come in both versions. In AMBITION the words are part of the painting, so those come with their quote.

How do I set a wallpaper?

iPhone: open the image in Photos › Share › Use as Wallpaper. Mac: right-click the image › Set Desktop Picture. The guide in your download also covers Android and Windows.

Are the paintings made with AI?

Yes. Every motif starts with AI image tools. We select, retouch, crop and typeset each one ourselves, so every collection looks and feels like one set. We never use real people, celebrities or brand logos.

Can I share or print them?

Your licence covers all your own devices. Please don’t share, resell or upload the files, and don’t use them commercially. Posting a screenshot of your screen with @palazzonove is very welcome.

Is checkout secure?

Payment runs through Shopify’s encrypted checkout. We never see or store your card details. You pay once; there is no subscription.

What if I don’t like them?

Write to hello@palazzonove.com within 14 days of your order. Whether a file doesn’t work or the wallpapers simply aren’t for you, we refund you in full, no questions asked. Details in our refund policy.
