All Palazzo Nove products are digital downloads, delivered immediately after checkout. Nothing is shipped.

Our 14-day guarantee

Not happy with your wallpapers, or a file doesn’t work on your screen? Write to hello@palazzonove.com within 14 days of your order and include your order number. We refund your purchase in full, no questions asked. The money goes back to your original payment method; how quickly it appears depends on your bank or card provider.

This guarantee is voluntary and comes on top of your statutory rights. Gifts that come with an order, such as the opening week gift, belong to that order and lapse if it is refunded.

Right of withdrawal (EU, EEA and UK customers)

By completing your order, you ask us to make the digital content available immediately, and you acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the download has started. Our 14-day guarantee above still applies.
